  • 60,000 kids in Lucas County alone rely on school meals.
  • 1-in-4 local children experience hunger.
  • Every $1 donated to Connecting Kids to Meals provides 2 healthy meals to a local kid.

Give Your Lunch Money

September 17th is Hunger Action Day, a time for us to consolidate efforts toward hunger-relief to make the greatest impact. Join us in making a difference this Hunger Action Day by donating what you'd spend for lunch on September 17th to Connecting Kids to Meals, and sharing with your friends why you made that choice. $11.50 is included in the donation form as an average cost of an adult's lunch, but feel free to adjust to your average cost of lunch!
