Each day Connecting Kids to Meals provides thousands of healthy meals at no cost to kids in low-income and underserved areas in Northwest Ohio. Here you will find a list of resources that can be viewed, downloaded and printed. As a reminder, completed Meal Count Sheets and Attendance Sheets (For After School Meals Only) can be returned to the Warehouse (1501 Monroe Street (off 16th Street side of building), Toledo 43604), Emailed ([email protected]) or Texted (419-508-2400).
