TOLEDO, Ohio (WNWO) — The Connecting Kids to Meals campaign kicked off on Thursday in Toledo at the Cherry Street Mission Ministries.

The organization is celebrating 15 years of fighting childhood hunger.

It’s teaming up with local businesses over the next 15 days.

Connecting Kids to Meals has served more than five million meals in our area in the past five years.
